What to tell me
The make of the boiler, roughly how old it is, any code on the display, and what it's doing: no heating, no hot water, noise, or pressure dropping. A photo of the boiler's data plate helps. For a landlord gas safety check, tell me how many gas appliances the property has.
I cover North Devon, from the coast to the market towns inland. Travel is included in every price. There is no travel charge anywhere I cover.
