Tarka Boilers is run by George Lane, a Gas Safe registered heating engineer based in Barnstaple. This policy explains what I do with the information you share when you contact me through this website.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you are interested in, and the message you write. I do not collect any of this unless you choose to send it.
Why I collect it
I use your details for one reason: to read and respond to your enquiry and arrange any work you ask me to do. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long I keep it
I keep your enquiry only as long as I need it — to reply to you, to carry out any work, and to keep a reasonable record of jobs I have done. When it is no longer needed, I delete it.
