Privacy Policy
Tarka Boilers is run by George Lane, a Gas Safe registered heating engineer based near South Molton and serving Barnstaple and North Devon. This policy explains what I do with the information you share when you contact me through this website.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you are interested in, and the message you write. I do not collect any of this unless you choose to send it.
Why I collect it
I use your details because you have asked me to respond to your enquiry and, if you decide to book, I need them to arrange and carry out the work. The contact form is hosted by Tally, which processes and stores the details on my behalf. You can read more about how Tally handles form data. I do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
How long I keep it
Tally's automatic retention is currently switched off, so your form submission stays in Tally until I delete it. I keep your enquiry only for as long as I need it to reply to you, carry out any work you ask me to do, and keep a reasonable record of jobs I have done. When it is no longer needed, I delete it.
Your rights and how to contact me
