Extremely happy with the excellent service i received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The website is easy to navigate and contains clear unambiguous pricing and it was incredibly simple to make a booking with plently of options for suitable time slots. I received a telephone call very shortly after making my booking to confirm my request and for the service provider to ask me more details in order to tailor his service and I knew exactly what to expect. He arrived on time, was friendly and got to work immediately. Above all, I found him to be so very honest, and reasonably priced which is refreshing, particularly in this trade (unfortunately) so I am a very very happy customer who will be a repeat customer for my yearly services and any (hopefully not) repairs :) Well done an absolute pleasure and 100% recommend!

Another exceptional Boiler service from George. Everything gets booked in, in minimal button clicks. George then shows up at the allotted time, having received the appropriate reminders, work gets carried out as requested (we had a replacement boiler/fixes previously) and then a bit of chat and “see you next time”. We booked this company on recommendation. George was running a little late on the day of our appt, but he let us know, gave us a time of arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. He worked in a professional manner, very clean and tidy. His boiler service was very thorough. He's also a very friendly person.

George did an excellent job replacing our previous thermostat system and radiator valves and installed a new Tado system with smart radiator valves on all of our radiators at our request. George explained the process, worked around us whilst working and set everything up for us. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We'll be asking George to come back for all future boiler work, now that we have seen how he works.

Booked George to service our boiler after finding Thames Boilers phone number on the Viessmann website. Called and booked a date for service as well as outlining a couple of concerns. On the day, George sent me a text message letting me know he was on his way and arrived at the stated time. The boiler was fully serviced and tested. Left without heating or hot water we called George who arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed our problem. George explained the fault with out existing boiler and provided a fair quote for a repair as well as a price for a replacement boiler. We opted for a new boiler which was installed the next day. Communication from first contact was excellent, very happy with the fit and final finish and extremely impressed with the high level of service provided. George provided a fixed price for replacing the pump. He was quick, tidy and extremely personable. He went out of his way to show me the old pump in order to explain that there wasn't sludge in the system as I had first suspected (i contacted him for a system power clean but he advised replacing the pump would be cheaper and likely to be far more effective) so he saved me a lot of money. I found Thames Boilers via Google search as I needed an emergency plumber to come out asap. George arrived quickly within an hour (Other companies had agreed to take on the job but had later let me down!). George assessed the problem, gave me a price and got the flush working again. There was a 10% discount as I was a new customer. I was so happy with the work that I booked him to come back and replace the flush with a new one a week later. I highly recommend Thames Boilers as George is very pleasant and polite, the service is prompt and timely and the standard of work is excellent!

Very good indeed. Booked diagnosis visit the day after I called. During the first visit George checked for the most obvious fault, determined that this wasn't the problem and the diagnosed the actual faulty part. This proved difficult to source and had to be ordered in from Germany, but George returned just over a week later to fit - job done. George is very polite and courteous. I will use again for servicing and would happily recommend him.

George arrived on time, knew his trade, tried to fix the code without changing he pcb, asked me to send him a photo the night before so he could bring parts to save me money. I googled the code, knew the price I could buy the pcb and it needed changing and his total cost wasn’t much more than I could have brought the card. Really pleasant guy, who wanted to deliver good service, you could tell it was important to him. I would use him again and recommend. I called 18:30 last night and he was around this morning and I don’t feel ripped off. That’s good for a heating engineer !!!

George was recommended to me by a family member who was very pleased with Central Heating repairs he recently carried out for her. Having already been let down by two previous gas engineers, I contacted him without expectation but was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful he was. I recently had my Boiler and central heating system cleaned and serviced by George Lane and he did a fantastic job. When he came to quote me for the work he was clear on how much it would cost and how long the work would take and was flexible on when he could do it. During the service I was surprised at how quiet and mess free the process was. George fully explained what he had done and made some recommendations on how I could improve the efficiency of my heating system but wasn't pushy and didn't try and persuade me to spend any extra money. He was polite, punctual and knowleable without trying to baffle me with technical jargon. A fantastic job well done.

We had a problem with our boiler and our heating system not working right as some radiators where cold and some hot and bleeding the radiators didn't do anything. George was very helpful, fruendly, proffesional, explained how things work and left only after all was working well.

Finally somebody who knows what they are doing! Having had constant problems with my boiler and several failed attempts to resolve the issue with other firms, George came to have a look. 20 or so minutes of 'fault finding' as he called it, and he had it. George was so clear with his explanation of what needed doing and why, and took the time to answer my questions clearly, in a way that I could understand. What a breath of fresh air! I always dreaded getting work done in the house having had experience of various trades who don't answer your questions properly, and leave you feeling a bit stupid and unsure as you hand over your money. I have no hesitation in recommending George for any boiler or plumbing work and will definitely be calling him again.
