Heating Engineer in Combe Martin, North Devon

Combe Martin is one of those Devon villages that catches you out. It runs for well over a mile along a narrow combe: one long main street following the stream down to the sea, with houses and cottages climbing the valley sides on both sides of it. With around 2,500 residents it's a proper community rather than a hamlet, and there's a lot of older property mixed in with the holiday accommodation and the more recent builds.

Worth mentioning, because it changes how I work here: Combe Martin is unusually long for a village its size. It stretches over a mile from the village hall and pub down to the sea, with properties up the valley sides you can't always spot from the main street.
