You choose a start time when you book, not a morning or an afternoon. It is an estimate, because the job before yours can finish early or run on. When I set off to you, you get a text with a link that shows where I am, so you can see when I'll be at the door.

Is a holiday let covered by the landlord gas safety rules?
Yes. Paying guests count as tenants for gas safety, so a holiday let with gas appliances needs the check every 12 months, like a long let.
Is a gas safety check the same as a boiler service?
No. The safety check confirms each gas appliance is safe to use and gives you the certificate. A service is maintenance on the boiler: cleaning, testing and checking the parts that wear. A let property usually needs both, and doing them on one visit costs less.
Can you come while the property is empty between guests?
Yes. Tell me the changeover dates when you book, and I'll arrange the visit around them. You don't need to be there if someone can let me in.
Do you cover the houses out towards Braunton Burrows?
Yes, as long as the property is on mains gas. Give me the postcode when you book and I'll confirm.
Are there properties around Braunton you can't help with?
Anything on oil or LPG. Oil needs an OFTEC-registered engineer. I don't work on LPG boilers. For LPG, you need a Gas Safe engineer whose registration covers LPG work.
