How booking works
You book
Book online and your time is confirmed straight away. I work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and I'm not an emergency service. If it isn't a job for me, I'll say so and point you to someone who can help, rather than going quiet on you.

Heating in holiday lets and second homes often sits unused for months. When it's turned back on, the faults are predictable:
- A seized pump. The boiler fires, but the heat doesn't move.
- A stuck zone valve. Heating or hot water works, but not both.
- Air in the radiators. Cold tops and gurgling pipes.
- Low pressure. A sealed system that has lost water slowly while nobody was there to top it up.
Running the heating for a day or two before guests arrive gives time to spot any of these.
